Clive has over 47 years’ experience in the glazing industry and founded Essex Bi-Fold after building his career from the ground up. He began in 1979 as a trainee glass cutter, progressing into the fabrication of aluminium doors and windows before moving into senior technical and management roles within the PVC and aluminium sector.
In the early 2000s, Clive established Essex Bi-Fold as a sole trader, initially supplying PVC and aluminium systems. As demand for high-performance glazing grew, the business evolved to specialise exclusively in aluminium solutions. In 2015, Essex Bi-Fold became a limited company, continuing to reflect Clive’s focus on quality, technical expertise and attention to detail.
Lee has been a key part of Essex Bi-Fold for over 11 years, bringing extensive product knowledge and industry experience to every project. His understanding of aluminium glazing systems, combined with a practical, customer-focused approach, allows him to provide clear advice and tailored solutions to suit each client’s needs.
